Dunlewey Addiction Services
Using over 30 years of evidence-based practice, Dunlewey Addiction Services (Dunlewey) is the leading provider of holistic support for people, families and communities affected by addiction across the Island of Ireland. Established in 1987, Dunlewey has a strong record for delivery and making an impact on individuals, families, and communities in need. Dunlewey services were established in response to community need and the charity has strived to ensure that the individuals and families they work with and the issues they face remain at the centre of their work.
Dunlewey provides counselling, mentoring, group work, family support, accredited training and awareness programmes and youth support services.
Dunlewey Addiction Services signed up under our FundReady ‘Bespoke’ Package in April 2017, with support shaped around the needs of the charity. Our work with Dunlewey has included strategic planning advice and support, tender support and submissions, project development and application support for multi-year revenue funding opportunities.
We have supported the charity to secure over £200,000 in funding and are working on a number of exciting new projects and applications for multi-year funding.
“Dunlewey Addiction Services have been working with S3 Solutions for several years now and we have found the support provided extremely helpful in assisting us in accessing vital funding for our services and utilising expertise regarding the strategic direction of our organisation.
In particular, the support provided to help us access larger scale core funding and ensure that we are on top of various funding sources and tender opportunities on an ongoing basis, has proven invaluable for our organisation.
Throughout our time with S3 Solutions, our Client Advisor has been proactive and always available when we need to reach out for advice and support. Having this ongoing strategic level support ensures that we can tap into various funding sources and meet crucial deadlines, which in turn reduces pressure on our own staff who are often busy with delivering our vital services day to day.”
