S3 Solutions was established by Simon Lennon and Eamonn Seydak in 2013 to provide professional consulting and support services for organisations within the Third / not for profit and the public sectors. S3 Solutions offers two distinct but connected services: Consulting and FundReady, two services dedicated to supporting organisations on their mission to deliver positive social change.

FundReady is our subscription support service, offering support packages to meet the needs of organisations of all sizes and types in the Third / not for profit sector. We have supported clients across Ireland to secure over £120 million of investment for new capital projects, services, equipment and organisational developments.
