What is FundReady?

FundReady is an industry leading funding information and support service, powered by S3 Solutions. It is a subscription-based service with support packages available to meet the needs of organisations of all sizes and types in the Third / not for profit sector. FundReady has been developed based on S3 Solutions team’s years of experience working and supporting organisations across Ireland and the UK to secure funding from public sector bodies, charitable trusts and corporate donors.

What type of organisations subscribe to FundReady?

We work with organisations of all types and sizes, from grass roots sports clubs to large regional and national charities to ensure that they have the opportunity to access professional funding support tailored to their needs.

How does my organisation subscribe to FundReady?

How do the funding alerts work?

Funding alerts come from our database of 1000+ grants. The alerts are tailored to your organisation by geography, legal status, turnover and areas of interest. Alert preferences are set by the client on sign up, with FundReady clients being able to choose how often they want to receive funding alerts via email. For example, alerts can be sent every time a new funding opportunity is matched to the client’s profile or on a daily, weekly or monthly basis. Clients can also search our funding database, with ‘live’, rolling and closed funding opportunities clearly highlighted.

How can I cancel my subscription?

Clients can cancel their subscription in the My Account area of their dashboard in our digital platform or by emailing accounts@fundready.com

What kind of information is available about available funding opportunities?

Our alerts let clients know when a grant is open for applications and along with a short synopsis of the grant opportunity. We provide links to dedicated grant websites so clients can access more detail on any available funding opportunity.

Are there any additional fees if funding applications are successful?

NO! Our fees are not success related and we do not charge commission on any funding secured. We do not feel this is an ethical way to charge for a funding support service. FundReady support services are based on time, clients pay for an agreed level of support and we agree the time to be spent working on tasks on behalf of the organisation. If you require additional support time, you can speak to your Client Advisor and subscribe to a higher level of support package.

Is funding success guaranteed? What return can my organisation expect?

NO! We do not guarantee funding success or offer a guaranteed return for clients. Our guarantee is that we will be proactive sourcing and sharing information on funding opportunities suitable to the needs of our clients and their key priorities. We will present ideas / projects in a professional format which reflects the key criteria / guidance outlined for any fund.

Is there a minimum contract term?

There is no minimum contract term. FundReady subscriptions are based on 12 month rolling contracts but clients cancel their subscription at any time with 1 months’ notice. Clients can cancel their subscription in the My Account area of their dashboard in our digital platform or by emailing accounts@fundready.com

How often do you update the database?

Our funding database is monitored and updated daily by our dedicated staff team. New opportunities are uploaded to the database as and when they are announced by funders.

What type of funding can be found on FundReady?

Our database of more than 1000 funds includes everything from small revenue grants for specific local authorities to large regional capital grant programmes, and everything in between. The database is not static and is growing every day!
